REIKI ENERGY SESSIONS
When we are out of balance, we are dis-stressed and susceptible to dis-ease. Anxiety and worry cause us to hold our breath and store tension in our body. Reiki offers a sacred space to release those, take healthy deep breaths and come back into balance. As is our natural way of being.
Reiki is an ancient form of energy body work.
At its heart, it provides a connection to the universal energy that is nature itself. A session of reiki sets the space for your body, mind, and soul to find their balance. When we find that state of flow, we reduce stress and inflamation as well as find our way through life’s challenges. Reiki opens the pathway to many levels of healing and insight. By taking the responsibility for our own healing with the assistance of a trained Reiki Master we can tap into our inner ability to heal, to thrive, and grow.
