Lynda J Watson Private & Group Equine Guided Sessions
When we share space with horses we can hear the voice that is most important. Our own wise inner voice.
When we learn from the herd we find new ways of seeing and relating to the world around us.
When we open ourselves to the wisdom of the horse we open ourselves to heal, to grow and to thrive.
We learn that we can live a most exquisite life!
My name is Lynda J Watson, certified as a Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning (FEEL) coach. I offer unmounted reflective sessions with horses that live in natural community where we are guided by our interactions with the herd in their environment. In their home. When we are in relationship with them, even for a short while, they share with us their way of living and from that we can expand and enhance our natural way of being. No horse experience is needed to experience a session with the horses. Just a true desire to look within and be open to what the horses have to show us.
When we seek out space, time and support to tend to our own healing, recovery, and growth we take the responsibility for the transformation that is needed in our lives . Horse live in the energy of the heart always and show us how to approach all life situations with love and compassion. Whether they are guiding us to quiet and calm or action and movement, they are always interacting with our energetic story when we step into the field with them. Whichever emotion we bring with us to their environment, they feel it without judgment. They demonstrate emotional agility in a healthy and useful manner. Sharing how we can recognize, learn from, and move through our emotions to be fully present for our lives to unfold with wonder and gratitude.
All interactions with the herd are trauma-informed with attention to the energy of the heart. Particular awareness is given to the slowing down and stillness that is needed to connect with our inner self and inner voice. With the horses we find and learn to listen to our true guiding tenet. From there we find the map to our way home.
Sharing time and space with the horses can: reduce stress, help us become calm and grounded ready to live in the now, as well as enhance our personal wellness. All aspects that assist us on this journey to live our most exquisite lives.
All private and group session are guided by this foundation and operate within the Equine Leadership vision and mission.
I look forward to connecting and discussing how the horses and I can assist you in enhancing your wellness and journey through life.

Why Horses?
When we share time and space in reflective connection with the horse, in their natural environment, we are offered the opportunity to see the world from their point of view. In doing so, we are offered ways of walking in this world that enhance our own life experience. Their perspective of the world offers us information for living our best lives.
Horses have been a part of our human lives for 1,000's of years. They have carried us through many generations. They have walked in front of us, under us and beside us. We have a unique bond with them because of our historical relationship with them. Many are now honouring the horse for what it truly is, a horse. When we offer a horse their natural environment to live in with a herd as their community, they offer us a paradigm of living that we can learn so much from. Horses have been and always will be at heart wild animals, prey animals. They depend on their awareness of the environment for their safety. They depend on their herd (community), intuition (gut instinct) and non-verbal communication to keep all safe from predators. That awareness allows the species that is the horse, to thrive. When we meet the horses in their natural environment, they respond to the energy we bring to them in that moment. They feel the story behind our words. They sense our bodies and what is going on inside of us. Our heart rate, blood pressure, breath and energy are all things that the horse senses and reacts to so they remain safe, sound and grounded. When we enter their space with a trained facilitator (someone that can act as a translator to the horse’s reactions) we receive valuable insight into what is going on inside of us. This information is then transferable into our everyday life and our relationships with others and ourselves. Just by being themselves they show us how to be ourselves. We gain access to our inner wisdom and true identity.
When we look to the horses, we not only learn about ourselves we learn about community. Horses live in authentic communities. They don't judge, they are right and honest 100% of the time. It is in that authentic community that they model for us attributes that can lead to enhancing our own communities. When we step into their world, we ask nothing of them, as individuals and as a herd. They are free to be horses for that is all they know. And that is all we ask of any human that chooses to share this space. To be 100% real. Not always that easy for humans but what a perfect safe space to practice. No judgment, no shame. Just pure love and compassionate energy to feel what it is like to live a true and honest life.
