BUD
The Paris Kollection Equine Elder Bio
Bud’s Human Caretakers: Pat and John Hutchinson, Dutton, Ontario
Trips around the sun: 27
Bud is a brown and white Appaloosa. He is becoming whiter with the passage of time.
Here is Bud’s story as told by his human, Pat.
Bud came to us nine years ago from an individual who had taken him from a challenging situation. He enjoys helping people, especially helping them realize where their boundaries are. For the last couple of years, he has been living an amazingly relaxed life as a retiree. He is free to choose just about everything that happens in his days. He has learned to trust and he knows he is very loved and respected as another sentient being. His work is to help humanity, one person at a time, to raise their consciousness and create the co-operative, healing, joyful, loving world we all seek.
My favourite thing about Bud is his curiosity, resilience and willingness to risk showing who he is.
Bud is aging extremely well. He is blessed with good health and an intense interest in everything. He is thoroughly enjoying his relative autonomy in his senior years. He does whatever he desires in the moment, most of the time. He has a really good horse friend whom he obviously loves and respects. He also gets excited every time we come to add another dimension to his day. He can be himself with us and knows we will not force him to co-operate with us. We will do what we all want to do in the moment. Bud is very content.
Bud will always be a part of me and my husband, John. He has taught us so very much, not the least of which is that we are truly different facets of the One Great Spirit. He is in our hearts forever, part of our DNA. He is in us as we are in him, forever.
